How often should stay at home parents get a break

Me and my husband had our first baby. I just went back to work and my husband stays home with the baby. How often should stay at home parents get a break. Just curious because I see so many stay at home moms on here stressed with no help. My husband already deals with anxiety and depression so I don't want him to feel that way.
