When does a doctor start checking if you’re dilated?

Mine started at 38 weeks. All OBs are different.

Mine started at 37 weeks but it could have had to do with me being induced at 38. Idk if they would have otherwise

All OBs are different.  Ny ob doesn't check untill 38 week or issues but I see where some people start at 36. Also my OB doesn't do ANY growth scans. If they feel you need a growth scan they send you to a high risk.
