Cyst after letrozole treatment

Hi all

I took two cycles of letrozole and didn’t conceive as yet.

Went for baseline ultrasound for third cycle and nurse practitioner saw a cyst.

She said it’s small and said we should be ok to try third cycle.

Is it common to have cyst with the treatment. What implications can I have with this.

Is my doctor not taking cyst seriously and should I stop treatment for a while ?
