Crazy dreams

I have some pretty crazy dreams lately I'm 8 weeks today. I know this is kinda weird but I haven't even felt pregnant really. I had a dream I had a boy and he was supper tiny but I would drift off asleep while holding him in my dream and I would really wake up and drift back I asleep and I was back in my dream holding the same baby. Anyone ever have crazy dreams? And I know dreams can't determine the sex but always dreamed it was a boy and you really had a boy? Or same about girls?
