PAPP-A results and marginal insertion cord

Has any had test results back with a low PAPPA result and after your anatomy scan have i have a marginal insertion cord . My cord is located less then 2 cm from the superior edge of my placenta. It is 1.4cm. It suppose to be in the middle ish of the placenta. But due to it being on the edge it has increase chance that baby will press against it and restrict blood floor and nutrition to the baby. Its my 3rd pregnancy and I've never experiance this before. And with also having a low PAPP-A result they tell me I need to watch my blood pressure. I take aspine every night but I still worry about baby growth and after birth.

Has anyone experience this before and what was the outcome?
