Rib pain?

OK I have horrible pain does anyone else have that as well? What what do you do to make the pain go away? ￼￼

I did with my 3rd, I talked to my doc and he said it was trapped gas or bubbles. He told me to stop drinking carbonated drinks. It helped so much I almost never had it after that.

I’ve been having rib pain for months already. For me it is only on my left side for some odd reason. I noticed that my posture often exacerbates the issue so I try to sit up tall and not hunch throughout the day as it puts pressure on my lower ribs when I do. It tends to be worse at night when I’m trying to sleep. It really hurts badly when I lay on my left side. Unfortunately foe me not much helps other than laying flat on my back (which isn’t great for comfort) or my right side with the body pillow as support. Wish I could be more helpful but I hope that knowing you’re not alone helps even a little bit!

So sorry you have this! I do as well, but it started months before I got pregnant and has worsened since. We now think it’s pleurisy (fluid in my lungs due to inflammation), but it can’t be treated with anti-inflammatory meds in pregnancy. What helps me is to avoid prolonged exposure to cold weather or poor air quality, I take a spoonful or two of tart cherry juice (a natural anti-inflammatory), and I avoid eating dairy like the plague. I also feel better when I’ve had sufficient sleep and when we regularly vacuum our carpets to clear out allergens. I hope you find relief!
