URGENT

Don't know what to do.

Last Monday I missed my pill because of work, I took it Tuesday when I remembered(remembered because started having stomach cramps) and took my Tuesday one as usual but I started bleeding(not sure if period or breakthrough bleeding) but because it's not meant to be my period I carried on taking my tablets thinking it should go away. Anyway it's been going on for a week now really lightly bleeding(brown more than red) & I've been taking my pill as per usual and it's just really really light and last night I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and he finished inside me... When I went to go to the toilet straight after their was blood, woken up this morning and it's finally gone away.

I have taken my tablet 7 days in a row, but with this bleeding not sure what's going on and not sure if I should take the morning after pill? 

Advice please, and thank you :)

UPDATE- chemist said that the bleeding is fine just hormone imbalance, and that I took 7 active pills in a row so I should be fine and not to have my period for atleast two weeks so just carry onto my next packet.
