Anxiety or not ?
Lately I’ve have soooo much anxiety it comes and goes, out of no where I can be perfectly fine and then I start feeling light headed dizzy and really worried and my throat tightens up soo much it’s hard for me to swallow my saliva. & I currently have a cold and I’m super congested so I feel like it makes it worst. I fear that I’ll stop breathing some how, and I try to calm myself down but I start to worry even more. Any advice ??
