Please don’t be hard on me I’m a FTM here. I’m just a worried momma. I have a two month and two week old baby. Every time she hears our voice and hears us calling her she smiles but doesn’t turn to the sound it’s very rare. I try to catch her attention and she just stays looking ahead. When I do catch her attention she will look at me for a second and turn away. I try to get in her view, and even back up a little so I’m not so close in her space, but she just won’t look at me. Is this normal? Her baby cousin will make eye contact and will stay focused and they are two days apart. I’m just worried. Should she have already made eye contact, and at lease focus for a little time. Again FTM, and I just want to see if anyone has gone through this and everything turned out okay.
