What does a basic FET look like?

Question

Can anyone give me an overview of what a standard medicated FET cycle looks like please?
What meds, monitoring and check ups are standard and roughly how long are you on them for? At what point do you normally start progesterone and how long after starting progesterone is transfer normally done? (I know an ERA may show this needs to be different but wondered what the norm was?). How does ovulation factor into this, and do you do a trigger shot?

Everyones protocol/calendar is different. For example I didn’t have a trigger shot. 
I started cycle day 2 10 days of Estrace 3xs a day&baby asprin 
Day 12 I had and ultrasound to see lining 
Day 14 I started progesterone in oil (because lining was great) 
Cycle day 19 I had my FET transfer and started lovenox..

Cycle day 2 baseline, started estrace 2 pills 3x per day 
Cycle day 12  lining check , started Pio 2mg 1x per day, continued estrace 
 Cycle day 14 blood work, added 2 estrogen patches change every 3 days
Cycle day 17 Transfer (continue all meds) 
My cycle was on the earlier side for everything because my previous cycle got cancelled due to my lining going bad between my first and second lining check. Good luck!

For a medicated cycle my doctor suppressed ovulation by the medications. They don’t want ovulation and a transfer. Started my cycle 10/1. Started estrogen 1mg tablet twice daily along with estrogen patch changed every 3rd day. I went in for / lining check and blood work on 10/12. Everything looked good so I started PIO injections 10/14 and transfer was scheduled for 10/20. Currently 9+2 weeks along 😀 I did have a mock cycle before this one to do an ERA because I only ended up with one normal embryo. The mock cycle was identical since by results came back as receptive.
