Diapers recommendations

My LO is 3 weeks old and keep having a rash. I stopped using the wipes (even tho I was using the ones that are water based. Now I am trying to always wash him when changing his diaper) but the rash won’t go away. We used aquaphor, desitin, butt paste, coconut oil and nothing helps.

I am thinking it might be from the diapers. Currently using Pampers Swaddles.

Any recommendations for diapers? Or maybe a rash cream?
