Cramping at 20 weeks normal?

I have been having cramps for 2days. I feel like my period is going to come and my feet feel ache and cold.

Especially right now as your belly is getting bigger with baby, its common for round ligament pain, like cramping, as it stretches.

I’ve been dealing with a ton of cramping, achiness, and abdominal discomfort. It’s been on and off the whole time. I keep being told it’s normal but sometimes it does really feel close to a period and that’s distressing. Same thing others have said - as long as no bleeding or it’s not severe, it’s okay.

Had the same problem last week the cramps on and off lasted for a week.. maybe you have over done it at work or with house work so take it easy and try to rest as much as possible.. thats the advice the doctor gave me, as long as there is no bleeding or foul smelling discharge try not to worry
