I'm having a keepsake animal made from them. I got one for my 1st and doing the same for my 2nd.

I'm saving the ones I really like and giving the ones I wasn't too fond of to a friend due in January!

A girlfriend of mine is due with her second little girl in April, so we're saving everything for her, if she needs/wants anything.

Since this baby is our first, I'm packing the things I like and giving away what I didn't. I also packed all of my maternity clothes. I don't know if I'll want them in 3 years but it's doesn't hurt. 😉
