I am due today. I’ve been doing wide legged squats, walking and birthing ball exercises. Doesn’t seem to help so far!

I was due on the 2nd and have had 0
labor signs except losing parts of my plug, and I just try and keep moving and sex, but honestly until your body is ready nothing much is going to help
