Prenatal Yoga - any recommended app or video?

Hello mummas, Now that most of us are past the anatomy scan stage, just wondering if anyone has any good recommendations for Prenatal Yoga. With all studios closed due to Covid, it has to be largely online now. What are you using? Any youtube video recommendations or apps that are good?

It’s a little pricey if you’re just using it while pregnant but I love beach body on demand (I have been using it since a little after my oldest was born). They have a whole prenatal section of videos (which includes yoga) that I alternate between.

There's a free app called downdog that has a prenatal version. They are like legitimate classes with guided instruction/video/and light music in the background that you can play through a phone or tablet/cast to your TV. There are charges for upgrades but I have found the regular classes perfectly fine. I used the downdog app all the time when not pregnant too. Could not recommend enough.
