Would you tell an adopted or foster child this

If a child was adopted that they got “took from their parents”? Or that their mom “gave them up a long time ago”? What about that the kids placed in foster care or adoption centers “aren’t wanted”? I don’t agree with it. It sounds like the child got abducted or that they got abandoned (in some cases some children do get abandoned but that’s not the way to tell the child. I’ve also been told I could of been aborted which is so messed up because any child could be aborted, it’s like telling the child they shouldn’t have been born.
