Has anyone experienced mild off and on cramps the first few weeks of pregnancy?

I have Endometriosis so experience cramps on a daily basis and have been through a few miscarriages but never had cramping. I’m 19 DPO and tested positives last weekend. I’ve experienced off and on cramping from day one. No spotting, or bleeding at all. My ECG hormone was 90

At 2 weeks so could be higher..

My doctor is aware of all of this and is just waiting to see how it goes.
