Breast lump

I noticed a lump on my breast and I'm worried of what it might be. I read you can get breast lumps during certain times of your cycle but it's been two months and is still the same. I don't want to jump to any scary conclusions, I'm young (18) and I haven't told anyone.

Any inputs or help is much appreciated
