Cornstarch for diaper rash?

Has Anyone tried using cornstarch for diaper rashes? I am avoiding baby powder because of the chemicals. Do you have any better suggestions?

Triple Paste. My top five baby item must have. It’s magic that stuff. Expensive but 10000%worth it. And a little goes a long way.

I did! I used desitin and sprinkled some cornstarch on for the really bad bleeding rashes. Now we just use bag balm and it works great!

Never heard of cornstarch but anything with zinc oxide is best for diaper rash like penaten. I definitely wouldn’t use baby powder I don’t even think it would help. I also had some luck with olive oil or coconut oil if you’re finding the skin is dry.

I used to but it’s still a risk of then inhaling it when it flies in the air. It didn’t help us that much either. 
I started keeping a stack of dry wash cloths at our changing table, and I make sure his butt is completely dry before I apply the natural Boudreaux’s Butt Paste in the green tube. That diaper cream is amazing. Got rid of my sons pesky diaper rash and we still apply it every change to prevent rash.
