Period or implantation bleed

About 3 weeks ago I was late taking my minipill and didn't wait a full 48 hours like it says on pamphlet. I missed my minipill technically on my 2nd day of my 3 day period but now I'm worried. I just went to bathroom and I had a little pink spotting. That went away and next time I went there was a little red but maybe like a dime size amount . I don't know if this is implantation bleeding or early period. I started my last period Nov. 12 and the night of 13th I was late by 5 hours. On the 14th we used pullout and on 15th we didn't use anything. So I didn't wait 48 hours. I think it's still a little early since my last period . Any advice?
