Hi, I suffer from high anxiety at times and recently my friend posted about copper toxicity and Paragard. It kind of freaked me out but I don’t know what I want to do. I don’t do well on hormonal birth control pills but don’t feel good about not having anything. Ah! I feel nuts about it all. I still have Paragard right now. So, I wonder... What is your experience with Paragard? Are there long-term side effects you wish you would’ve known about sooner? Do you share any safety concerns?
