Sorry for tmi but Have any of you second time mommies had any bleeding in the 8th week and been okay???

Question

I’ve had on off spotting just when I wipe since Friday, only brown blood then this morning when I woke up again when I wiped more not enough for a pad and no pains just noticed a slight mark on my knickers. Just more of streaks on tissue rather than just dots. Spoke to a midwife today and she said if it gets heavier or pains start call gp or go to a&e if out of hours. 
Just want some peace of mind if anyone else has experienced this and been okay?

I am 29 weeks and I still have occasional spotting. Started from 12 weeks on.

I had spotting throughout my entire pregnancy it doesn’t necessarily mean something is wrong but if it makes you feel concerned You should consult your doctor and or midwife so they can be aware of the situation and evaluate if there’s anything wrong to put your mind at ease but if you’re not heavily bleeding and the bleeding isn’t accompanied by heavy cramping or pain I would say you’re okay but I’m not a doctor so I still think you should just go to help you relax
