What causes right shoulder & neck pain postpartum?

I’m 2 weeks postpartum bout 10 mins ago my lower back started aching then it switched to my right shoulder and neck. Kinda achy then feels like a lightning bolt kinda pain. What is this from?!?! Never had it before

I had this really bad and the nurse at the hospital said it was because of gas. She recommended stating something like GasX and Motrin. Also walking around helps!!
