I'm pregnant with baby #3 (4th pregnancy) edd was around July 13th. I'm 9 weeks today. Today I went in for my first ultrasound. Seen baby. But no heartbeat. Baby is measuring around 6weeks 4day. I also found out I have a subchorionic hematoma. I've felt fine. I actually feel like I'm still having symptoms but my body also still thinks it's pregnant. My cycles were regular as it only took us 2 months to get pregnant off birth control. I also used opks and got my bfp before expected period. Dr wants to do a follow up ultrasound on the 18th to confirm. She said she didn't want to give me no hope. But all the signs are pointing to an early miscarriage. My first pregnancy ended this way as well. Feeling a little bummed, not very hopeful but I'm also feeling so blessed to have been able to carry 4 babies and so blessed to have my two sweet girls. If worse comes to worst, I will probably opt for a d&c as I just don't want to go through the pain of miscarriage on my own. Nor do I want to put my husband and kids through that.

Remaining hopeful that God has a bigger plan for us. 🙏
