My cycle

So I’m going to be tracking ovulation by temperature and cm last month I ovulated the 23, I’m thinking about have sex all through the fertile window cause I can’t get my ovulation sticks cause my grandma doesn’t have her car right now for me too use it to go get some and I also work 2pm-9pm but how do you check ovulation by temperature and cm? Ibe done the temperature testing but I don’t understand it as much.
