I'm STARVING all the time!!

14 weeks and now I'm RAVENOUS no matter what I do! I wake up every morning at 4am practically starving to death but I had a lot of experience having sleep for dinner in my early 20s so I'm at least prepared.

I can't just snack all the time because gaining too much isn't good, but I'm scared I'm hurting baby by holding off until normal meal and snack times. I'm soooo uncomfortable.

I’m 14 weeks too and I have been starving as well! I want to eat all of the things all the time I have been picking healthier choices like yogurt and veggies and toast with avocado or vegan butter. When I delay eating I get nauseous

Whole fat Greek yogurt is my go to. It will keep you full. Get the highest fat% you can find and skip the fat free versions. And don’t worry about your weight (unless your doctor is concerned), your body will gain what it needs to baby.

Early when you are hungry. Just try to make healthier choices. Do not deny yourself food. That’s setting yourself up for overeating when you do let yourself eat.

I am 13 weeks and have been experiencing this feeling for the past 4 weeks. I make sure I eat right before bed, so I can sleep through the night. I seriously am eating a snack like every hour when I’m awake 😅 Just trying to make healthy choices so I don’t gain too much, but it is important to listen to your body and eat when you’re hungry.
