Getting healthy!
Hi!! So recently I started feeling unhappy with the way I look. I weighed myself today and I weigh 137 (I’m going to weigh myself again in the morning, your true weight is when you wake up, use the bathroom and are naked) so I’m probably like 135 or something. I’m about 4’11- 5’ so I should be like 120 or 115 which is my goal.
My mom has an exercise bike and today I downloaded the pelaton app and got a 30 day free trial, I will try to do it every single day. My boyfriends family has a bike in their basement, it’s not quite like my moms (which is similar to a pelaton, it’s called a schwin (?)) and what I mean is it’s kinda in a different sitting position so I’ll be using theirs when I spend the weekend at their house.
I have decided I need to start eating healthy as well. I’m going to be using whey proteins after my workouts and when the covid cases go down I’m going to go to the actual gym with more equipment to use. My aunt is going to show me how to meal prep. But I’m not sure what I should eat for other meals such as snacks, or breakfast food. I’m very picky and have no idea how to eat healthy and I’m going to start eating foods that I don’t like
Any tips for food would be greatly appreciated. My meal preps will be chicken or beef with rice and then different veggies. As reference I don’t really like eggs but I’m open to try eating them. Thanks!
