When you have your transfer, that day is day 0 right?! So it would be 0dpt...
How far along would you be in weeks
2 weeks or 3 weeks or weeks and 5days?

It is 0dpt on transfer day. I think it’s how many weeks + days since the first day of your last cycle. That’s how they count it when it’s a spontaneous pregnancy. Then they update it when you have an ultrasound. I think. That’s my understanding.

Transfer day = day 0 and 2 weeks pregnant. 
So 1 day after transfer would be 1dp[DAY]dt and 2w1d pregnant, respectively.
