It's my husband's and I first Christmas together and I just gave birth to our last week. We aren't going anywhere stay in as a family.

Since my mum has been one of very few people in my and my partners support bubble through covid, and the fact that we’ve spent the last 3 years with his family at Christmas, I’m doing Christmas dinner for the 3 of us for the first time and hoping it doesn’t go to complete utter shit🤣🤣🤣

Just me and my SO at home together. Covid is spiking and gatherings are absolutely not safe. I’d rather miss one Christmas with our families than put them all at risk for no good reason.
