Can you die from being vegetarian?

I've heard this somewhere but I don't know if it's true because I'm vegetarian because Ive seen how they kill the animals and i can't eat meat now because i cant get the picture out of my head all the blood and I'm grossed out. Will I die??

I’ve been a vegetarian for 25 years 😊.  
No meat lowers the chances of coronary heart disease, diabetes, stroke and some cancers (https://www.bbc.com/future/article/20170612-the-consequences-if-the-world-decided-to-go-meat-free).
In my experience, ppl who think it’s ‘weird’ to be vegetarian will try to scare you into stopping with all sorts of methods.  I’ve had an adult coworker tell me there’s something wrong with my blood from being a vegetarian 😂. I’ve had blood work done regularly and all has always been good.  
Funny thing is the ones that try to tell you nutrition is missing from your diet (it’s not) are usually the ones that have no idea about their diet themselves.

You can due from absolutely any diet. Omnivore, vegetarian, vegan... Etc.
The key is you have to know how to get all the nessecary nutrients into your body. And if that is ok, then any diet can be done. Just that, the more exteeme the diet is, the more you have to know and work for it to know you are getting all you need.

I’ve really never heard of a person who died because of their choice to not eat meat. I think it’s more about ensuring your diet is still high in nutrients, good fats, etc.

I was raised vegetarian and have been vegan for the better part of a decade now. You won't die as long as you pay attention to your vitamins and iron/b-12 levels! It's definitely not easy for everyone and each person has their own nutritional needs to meet and balance in whatever way works best for them but it's very possible for most people to live a very fulfilled and well rounded lifestyle without meat!

I was Whole Foods vegan, made me very sick. I think it would have shortened by life, but would anyone put “veganism” as cause of death on my death certificate? No. They would have said heart disease or autoimmune complications. 
I know in Britain a vegan couple accidentally killed their baby putting it on vegan diet.
