Constipation
I’m about to enter my 3 trimester and the constipation has been such a pain! I’ve always struggled with this, but it’s the worst that it’s ever been. Sometimes(quite often) I’ll go 6 days without going. I take stool softeners every day and occasionally milk of magnesia when I just can’t go. Lately even milk of magnesia hasn’t been working for me. I’m getting pretty anxious about it. I strain so hard too, which I know is terrible for me. And when I do finally have a bowel movement, it’s extremely painful and follows by wipes of blood.
So, my question is what are some foods that help relieve constipation? I’m thinking if I fill my body up with these foods more often, it would be a better way to help this problem. Any other tips when be great too!
