Idk what to think

We have been trying for a year in January and have had no luck thanks to metformin I had gotten my periods back and on track on October 21st I had a hysteroscopy and polyps removed and a D&C since then I have yet to have a period but me and my hudband started trying as soon as my doctor gave me the okay. I keep having these vivid dreams and my boobs hurt so bad and I keep getting cramps And so so so emotional but still no period which is so frustrating. But then again I didn't have a period and was breastfeeding when I got pregnant last year with my rainbow baby. I wanna say I see something but don't wanna get any hopes up I want my rainbow baby so badly already but I have already given up on myself all these are taken within the time frame you can see it more in person and the last two at the bottom had a faint line that popped up within the 2 minutes yesterday Anyones opinion would be greatly appreciated I don't wanna make a big deal and get bloodwork done because my obgyn is a hour and 45 minute drive away from me and I will be retesting next week with First Response
