Spermecide

I am 25 and in a happy secure marriage, although we don't want children right now it wouldn't be a bad thing if we did.

That being said I am considering trying spermecide for a contraceptive on my non-fertile days and condoms when I'm ovulating. We used to use condoms with no problems but my husband didn't like how they felt so we decided to use pull out and its been working fine for over a year with no problems.

I just feel bad that my husband has to finish himself off and am open to trying something new. Also I am not against hormonal birth control I just don't want to take it myself and my husband and I are one the same page about the risks of that.

Lastly I hear that spermecide can cause irritation, UTIs and even allergic reactions in some people, do you do a patch test?
