Is this normal looking?

Waiting to hear details from my doctor on Monday. Its my first baby so I have no idea. The ultrasound tech was super quiet and just clicked away. I had an abdominal and transvaginal U/S. I went at exactly 7 weeks but it may be a bit earlier as that was based off of Lmp.
She did mention a yolk sac and flickering heartbeat just didn't say if it was normal or not. ...

Sounds normal to me congratulations there really isnt much to look at that early they are super tiny.

Totally normal! At this point in time they are just making sure the baby is inside the uterus where they should be. More inclusive ultrasounds will happen later in your pregnancy. Heartbeat flickering and yolk sac is exactly what you want to see on this ultrasound. Congratulations!
