Who's using crib bumpers?

What are your takes on crib bumpers? I bought a bedding set & payed extra for the crib bumpers & as I read more about it, idk if I should use/return it! Some forums mentioned the risk of SIDS using the bumpers and some mentioned how the baby can get stuck w/o using the bumpers...

Any advice will help on to whether to use it or not! Thanks 😬☺️
