Baby engaged at 30 weeks? Is this normal?

So this is my second baby, I have always felt like baby is really low and at my 28 week appointment I was told babies head is down and engaged at 4/5. I am now 30 weeks and I feel baby is even lower and so heavy down below. When I stand I feel such a weight down there and I am waddling like there's no tomorrow. Never had this with my first. Is this normal, is there anything I need to watch out for. I am praying little one will stay in until full term.
