Hey ladies! So my daughter just turned 6 weeks yesterday and im not loosing as much of the baby weight as I was in the beginning. So a little back story. At the beginning of pregnancy I was 150 and I gained 53 pounds while pregnant and the day I gave birth I was 203. Im at about 180 right now and in feeling horrible. In exclusively breastfeeding and I was wondering if you guys had any tips on how to loose the weight and or be motivated to loose it.
