Cramps after anal?

So I just did anal for the 1st time, but almost directly after I started having some really bad cramps, along with a dark salmon colored liquid coming from either my vagina or anus. Is this normal, or does anyone know why this might happen?

It's a vasovagal response. When you introduce liquid into the tract it tricks your body into thinking you have loose stool. This makes your brain believe that you are ill and need to vacate your bowels which is what causes the cramping. It's a false signal but be warned that your bowels very well may still produce said diarreahas.
As for the brown liquidy seepage, its leftover fecal matter mixed with semen.
