5 days overdue had a membrane sweep yesterday at 3 cm. today woke up at 8 am with small contractions labored at home with what seemed like irregular contractions. Decided to call my ob since they were really painful by 2:30 pm and a minute long but at 6 to 8 minute intervals. Was told to go in made to the hospital at 4/5 cm at 3:30 pm had the urge to push an hour later was at 7 but my body wanted to push already she was born at 6:36 pm. All I now is mommas trust your instincts and your body. My second daughter was born November 24 at 6:36 pm 8 lbs 5 oz 20 inches long.  Worth all that crazy pain !!
