How often to do you talk to your Significant Other throughout the day? (Work days)

We’re at work to work. Nearly everything can wait until we get home.

He can’t have his phone while at work so I hear from him 3 times during the day which is his breaks.  Sometimes it’s just a text sometimes phone calls.   Then he’s home all night

My husband and I talk on the phone or FaceTime during our lunch break. Sometimes we get lunch together if we catch each other at a good time on our breaks. Other than that, unless it’s urgent, everything waits until we get home lol.

My husband and I text all through the day. I’m a SAHM and my husband works in a plant. He gets a 10 minute break every hour which is great because being home with the kiddos and pregnant, I just nice to talk to him throughout the day.

We text throughout the day. Updates about what  we are doing, conversations we have etc. He also sends me a lot of Twitter posts when he uses the bathroom 😂😂😂.

He works from home at the moment due to covid. I still give him space even though he's right there. 
Occasionally I'll ask what he's up to, or he'll talk about something random. But it's always short convo.
