Is it just me or is craft time not so fun? 😂

Nothing but redirection and tears. Good thing we are practicing with only water lol.  I want it to be fun for her, but she gets frustrated by my constant redirection to not put the paint brush in her mouth. Tried markers at first but that was a bad idea lol. Did the paint smash in a bag and she just wanted to focus on tearing the bag I taped off and scratching through it. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yeah I'm looking up activities for toddlers who still put everything in their mouth. There's yogurt paint, edible play dough, etc. I did a sensory bin with cooked pasta. It was more like snack time but he had fun playing in the bin.

Crayons in a box was easy! Also we like stickers.. I just put the stickers on the edge of highchair cause he cant peel them off yet and he spends a while putting them on the paper!

Yea my son is not ready either as long he still puts everything in his mouth we will not do arts and crafts yet.

I thought it was just us! My nephew was painting and colouring at this age and my girl just puts everything in her mouth or tries to colour on the walls!

We have had fun with play dough, and with sticking strips of masking tape on construction paper! Both are less messy ☺️
