Frequent Braxton Hicks
Hi, I’m 30 weeks and experiencing these contractions often last night they were all night, TMI, I did notice major relief with passed gas and a bowel movement, I also think I’m dehydrated. No blood or mucus plug, no severe pain just lower back and some “period cramping” sensations.... anyone else experience this?
