So many vitamins, my head is spinning!
So I bought evening primrose & b6 to help with hormone balance (haven't been tested can only suspect due to crazy PMS & acne during luteal phase). I think I understand the evening primrose -- you stop at ovulation. But what's up with B6? I read both good and bad. I'm nervous to try it and it messes with my cycle this month. I know my prenatal has some in there & maybe I should just let that be enough? I'm also going to try maca root for the balancing.
I'm taking: rainbow light prenatal, B12, D3 & adding maca, evening primrose, maybe b complex? What do you girls think? These vitamins are starting to get me so confused!!!
