Help! Hormonal Acne out of control!

I've tried three different birth controls :( and everything is perfectly clear (my back, my chest, even my forehead) it's JUST my jaw/chin. :/

I had really bad acne/ body acne. Turns out I had polycystic ovaries which produced too much hormones and that was the result. Went on the pill - I had to try a few different ones - and my skin is almost completely clear now! See a doctor :)
