Side sleep trouble - advice needed
So I’m trying to be more of a side sleeper since soon enough I won’t be able to sleep on my back. I got a body pillow and it’s been great, however I wake up and my outer thighs hurt so much near the hips. Idk what I’m really doing differently but it takes all day to go away, just to have them ache again when I sleep and wake up. Any one else experience something similar ? I know everything is starting to stretch so part of the hip pain is from that but this feels like an outer muscle more. Help 😭
