What was the reason for your toddler's last tantrum?
Today she got mad at me cause I won't let her go out in the blizzard and hug the snow. 🙄❄️ Haha

No drum allowed in his bedroom at bedtime, wouldn’t open the bbq sauce container in the livingroom, wouldn’t give him the small and clear cover to the thermometer, wouldn’t go outside in the dark to look at our xmas lights while it’s raining... 
My sister in law always says two is the worst year and we haven’t even made it there yet 😳 what happened to my sweet boy?! He hates me!

I gave his sister her bottle before I gave him his sippy cup. I sat down with his sister in his rocking chair and the world flipped. The goldfish he was snacking on made him mad. I didn’t let him play with the toilet water.

One today was because I wouldn’t let him play with the trash can. He reaches in and takes things out of it 🙄

This post made me realize, I don’t think he had a meltdown today. Amazing! Most meltdowns revolve around the fact that I can’t read his mind. I think he wants help off the bed, he wanted to do it himself. Meltdown. I think he wants something to eat, he does not. Meltdown. I think he’s ready to go downstairs, he’s not. Meltdown. Other things include: I can’t make the dog lick him, he can’t climb up the kitchen chairs himself, I won’t let him cross the street by himself, I won’t let him sit on the kitchen counter by himself, I won’t let him jump off the couch, I won’t let him go down the slide backwards, and on and on and on.

Shoot. My little guy has been a ball of emotions lately. 
One instance today- I let him pick out what cheese he wanted for lunch, he had a FIT because I didn’t hand it to him right away, then when I served it on his plate he decided he didn’t want it and had another fit. Fun... fun times.

She asked for an apple so I have her an apple
Our inflatable Snowman wasn’t blowing up fast enough 
She wanted to wear her summer sandals outside (it was 35 degrees today)
The list goes on.. but she is too dang cute
