Whenever I have sex with my bf, I almost always ask him to not to take my shirt off because I'm very insecure about my chest and breasts in general.

So sex for me has been hard for me to enjoy, I get instantly turned off by my own body once I see it.

Don't get me wrong, my bf tries to be supportive and tells me he loves everything about me and that my body is beautiful..but it's just hard to believe that or feel that way about my body or myself..

I guess what I'm going for on here is does anyone have suggestions for what I could do?
