Methotrexate injections for ectopic?

Has anybody else had to have methotrexate injection for an ectopic pregnancy? I had to get 2 in a week. About a week after the last shot, I had my first (assumed) post pregnancy period even though I still have definite HCG levels. Now, two days after that I’m having pain/discomfort in my lower abdomen.

It might be nothing as there is some discomfort when using Methotrecxate but theres a small change it's something more serious. I had one shot of Methx two days later my right tube ruptured - this is so rare and I was just the unlucky one. It all ended well and now have a little girl. If I could redo the experience I would still opt for medical  management as I know it was just bad luck. Definitely go and get it checked out.

I had two injections of methotrexate and still ended up with my tube rupturing.  It started as a light stinging and pressure sensation in my abdomen and gradually got worse.  Suddenly the pain came on strong and I began to black out when the rupture happened.  From there, the pain was excruciating until I was put under for my surgery.  If you’re worried, get checked out.  Hope all is well!
