Bad Acne on boobs

I am soooooo embarrassed about my breasts, they have BAD acne on them. Theres blackheads and pus filled ones, also white heads (and when I look at my nipples I can see white heads on my nipples and when I squeeze them it just like popping a pimpleon your nose white thick stuff comes out.) And the worse of it all the bottom of my breasts skin peels off not heavily but like its wet and damp and it peels off but doesn't hurt. It's dark under there. I'm a mixed woman so I guess that's why its dark but it makes me uncomfortable to show my boyfriend. I've been dealing with this for I think 3 years, now I want it gone. Idk what to do anymore. I've tried soap, acne cleaners, I've tried to keep it dry down there. And nothing is working. If you have any advice please it would mean the world to me if you shared it.

(P.S. I've never been pregnant, I'm not preggers now either lol)
