Any Feb 18 babies refusing to be potty trained?

Question

My girl will turn 3 in two months and we tried many times but she won’t even pee on the potty. Whenever she poops she’ll let us know so that we can change her diaper right away. She occasionally wants to sit on the toilet but never pees there. Any advice? Or should I just wait longer?

I read on the potty training genius that make underwear a big deal and go every 30 minutes until they get hey this is what it means to potty in the toilet and then every hour check and if they have a accident in their pants it makes it uncomfortable but they're learning hey I don't like this let's go potty in the toilet though it didn't really phase my son when he pottied in his underwear just kinda made him uncomfortable and he took his underwear off an said next in away I've also used expo markers it worked for a second I got some color bath dropz made by Crayola and called it pee peeing in magic he really liked that and it stuck for a while would even poop I think I gave up on the underwear to soon idk I've also tried the run around naked no don't pee there pee in the your toilet oh no we don't poop in  the floor I haven't found out what works for us but maybe my comment will help in some way good luck we got this mamma

My son was but I found a way to make it fun for him. He enjoys standing up and pretending his putting out a fire 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ 
We’ve tried potty training since about 16months with zero progress. And when I did this it just happened overnight. He’s basically 100% potty trained now. He just won’t poop on the potty. 
I know this doesn’t really help you 🥺😔
Maybe try the expo markers in the back of the toilet seat?? Or letting her watch a potty video while sitting on the potty ?

I'm having some difficulties, myself. She has peed and pooed in the potty before, but has now started holding it when she is sitting on the potty and goes afterwards in her diaper. She generally won't tell us when she poos, either. I've tried sticker charts, a little chocolate if she goes on the potty, we tried  day of bare bottom, but she was NOT into that. She got mad when I told her I wasn't going to put her diaper on. I don't know what to do, either.
